- Open Receipt Capture and tap the + button.
- Scan a paper receipt with the camera, import a photo, or enter one by hand. On a device that supports Apple Intelligence, the merchant, date, total, tax, tip, and line items are filled in for you.
- Review the details and save. The receipt lands in your list, grouped by month.
- Search by merchant or browse by month to find anything later.

Auto-fill isn't happening
Automatic extraction requires an Apple Intelligence–eligible device on iOS 26. On other devices the app works the same — you just type the details in. You can also toggle AI auto-fill in Settings.
Where are my receipts stored?
Entirely on your device, in the app's private sandbox. Nothing is uploaded or synced. See the privacy policy for the details.
Can I export to CSV or sync to iCloud?
Not yet — those are on the roadmap. If you'd find them useful, let us know.
